My order now says on its way and no-one has replied to my previous emails! I have been trying to message you (See above) I wanted to change the color on the one cap to the Camouflage USS! Your customer service sucks ASS and ill make sure to review this order wherever i can.

Like the disclaimer states on the website, Butt Snorkeler is a fun side-project brand. The 3 idiots that run this brand all have full time jobs. We all have families. We all have kids and a bunch of other bullshit that pulls us in a million different directions but we still get the job done. Maybe we don’t get it done during normal 9-5 business hours, but it gets done.
And don’t let this sound like a pity party.
We are beyond stoked to have you as a follower, a shopper, and a supporter of the brand.
But with that said, there is no need to be a dick about someone not getting back to you over the weekend cause you mis-ordered.

As for AUS/NZ doing a 40% off sale…. they are distributors of BS and those wild fuckin down-undo cunts can sell their product for however much they want.
